How to make money on your next date

This is the story of how one of our members found his first deal.

HOW DAVE FOUND HIS GROOVE…

He met this girl online. While they were chatting trying to arrange a date,  Dave mentioned his new gig as a GIC deal finder. The girl immediately told Dave about her pending divorce and upcoming foreclosure. It was an opportunity for Dave to be the knight in a shining armor by helping her through both situations.

Did Dave get the girl, the deal or both?

NEVER EVER GIVE UP.

No matter what you do for a living, you should find a way to make your time worth something.

Most of us may not be aware of this, but the only thing we have complete control if is out time.  Your time is the only thing you have to exchange for income regardless of your position in life. Whether  you are an attorney, a politician, a pastor, a teacher, or even a business person.Your time has value.  How much is your time worth?

For example, if your income is $40,000 per year, and you  work 40 hours a week, your hourly rate is about $19.23.  Dave spoke to this girl for about  15 minutes and he made almost $500 and hour.  Most Doctors or Attorneys can’t even dream of $500.00 an hour.

If you have a job, you are exchanging your time for a certain amount of money. If this money does not meet your needs, it is incumbent on you to have  another source of income that you can rely on. This source of income does not have to interfere with your current job.

That is why I created the gicdealfinders platform. To give opportunity to those who need the extra income just to make ends meet or in some cases to begin the process of transition to a full time deal finder or an investor business owner who buys and sells houses. That is the case for Dave, our member in California.
When Dave joined GIC Deal Finders, he just wanted a part time opportunity.  Sometimes it’s easy to give up when things are not working as fast as you want.

Imagine Dave’s surprise when he got a call that there is a check waiting for him on a property he submitted almost a year ago. Sometimes it does take a while to make a deal. But if there is a deal there, we will make it and you will get paid.

This was Dave’s comment on the website.

“Met a nice girl, turns out her house is in foreclosure.  She tried to sell it before, but her ex-husband would not go along.  Has not lived in it for over a year,  her ex-husband left before that when they split up.  She is totally open to selling it, and she thinks her ex may be as well if he sees the right deal.”

Imagine if Dave was not a member of GIC Deal Finders. There would have been no way for him to offer a solution to her would be date, let alone make money by telling her about GIC Deal Finder.

EVERY ONE WINS

With Dave’s help, and GIC’s experience working with foreclosures every one became a winner. The lender got paid, the city got an opportunity to put a vacant property back on tax roll. The property owners got a relocation allowance to move on with their life.

Above all, our Member Dave got paid just for chatting up a girl about a possible date.

I asked Dave what happened to the relationship, he said, “not much happened, because the chemistry was not right.”

But he got paid even though he did not get the girl.

WHAT IS THE LESSON HERE?

The lesson is to never give up. Embrace the opportunity. Stick with the program even when the deals seem to be taking too long to close.

After all, can you think of any program that pays you money just for referring your neighbor, your friend, or your date to a business where you get paid.

At GIC deal finders, we pay you just to refer property deals to us. We do the rest.
