Finding Real Estate Deals as an Alternative to the Rat Race
Why some folks earn more money in one day of deal-finding than they would on a full-time job.
I know a little something about you. You want to earn more money. No, I’m not psychic. I just believe this is how most people are. If you have a full time job, you will probably work your job 40 hours a week and earn somewhere between $2,000 and $4,000 a month. Every day, you would wake up, shower, get in your car, drive to work then slug it out for eight long hours. The next day, you do the same thing all over again. Rinse and repeat, ad nauseam.
There is an alternative if you want to earn more money. As one of our property locators, you only need a few hours a week to make the same salary you work for every month. If you find a property and we buy it, we pay you $5,000. Contrary to popular belief, there is no shortage of adequate housing. Thousands of properties are bought and sold every year. As a Deal Finder, you should make it your mission to find at least one such property for us to buy per month.
How and where to find properties for sale
Finding properties is not as difficult as you may think. Downloading a foreclosure list may seem like a bit of a hassle, but the truth is if you take the streets instead of the freeway to and from work every day, you will probably run across properties that are either vacant, abandoned or somewhere in the foreclosure process. Become more observant. Switch up your travel routes. Keep a look out for potential buys.
How do you recognize an abandoned property?
It’s usually pretty easy to spot abandoned properties. The grass may be brown and overgrown or windows may not have blinds. If you spot what you think is a vacant property, confirm by doing a couple of things.
1. Knock on the door and wait for an answer. Do this a couple of times, different times of the day.
2. Ask the neighbors if anyone lives in the property. Tell them you are looking to buy properties in the area and you are looking for the owner of the property. Pay an incentive of up to $250 to the neighbor if he or she can help you locate the property’s owner.
3. If you’re pretty sure no one lives there, turn on the water. If no water flows from the tap, there’s a pretty good chance the property is empty.
If he has been thinking of selling, he’ll tell you. You can then can get his information and upload it. Now is the time to earn more money. Make $30,000 -$50,000 every month working just a few hours a day.
