Okay, new real estate investors. It’s the middle of the third quarter of 2014 and I’m wondering what goals you set for yourself this year that you have yet to reach.
You did set goals, didn’t you?
Well, what are they? A stable income? More money? A happy family? More time with your family? Your individual desires may be a varied as the sands of the sea. The thing that’s not varied is what it takes to achieve your goals. Irrespective of the actual goal you set, each of us has to do two things in order to achieve any goal. We have to decide we will achieve it and we have to set a plan in motion to get it done. That’s it. Commitment and strategy. Those are the only two things standing between you and the fulfillment of your heart’s desires.

Now, the law of averages says that out of the 75+ leads I’ve logged, 15 may turn into deals. What did it cost me? A little time and gas. But that’s a price I am willing to pay to make money in this business. The question is are you?
Success costs. If you are not willing to pay the price of success, be ready to suffer the consequences of failure. But you have the opportunity here to put a dent in your list of goals. Stabilize your income, put money in your pocket and start making your life and your lifestyle match your dreams.
